All items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery services. Each order will be sent with the relevant insurance value.  Special delivery is a very reliable service that needs to be signed for on delivery. Please be assured that should anything go missing we will be able to either track down or be reimbursed for the value of this item.  This may however take some time so in the rare event that an order is misplaced please be patient.  We will do everything in our power to locate or replace your item as quickly as possible.

Delivery to the EU

Due to the UK leaving the EU there have been some changes to the import taxes charged to the customer.  This will depend on the VAT tax rate in your country and will be in addition to any postage costs that we charge the customer for shipping the order. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the VAT charges and Rosalind Jerram Jewellery is not liable for these costs.  Please do make sure to take this additional tax charge into account when placing your order.
