Returns Policy
We are sure that you will love your new piece of jewellery and we will do all that we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that buying jewellery online can sometimes mean that the product is not as you had expected, so we have a 30 day returns policy. From when you receive your jewellery, you have 30 days to return it if you are not happy with it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not be held liable for any damage caused to the item in transit, due to lack of due care on the part of the sender.
You will be responsible for paying for return postage and ensuring that it is sent back by trackable secure post.
Bespoke orders
Bespoke orders cannot be returned due to the unique process that each order requires. Once a deposit has been paid and the details of the order agreed, the customer will be liable for any costs incurred should they wish to cancel the order before completion.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the condition of the item/s received.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
